Joined Larsen & Toubro Ltd, in Aug’2016 as Head – Shared Services Centre. SSC handles a business volume of ~ Rs 1,00,000 Crores per annum. The role covers the SSC activity of the entire group, encompassing Employee Payroll (145,000 employees), Employee Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Social Security Trusts, Hr Services, Employee Welfare Foundations, Vendor Payables, Accounts Receivable, R2R Services (General Accounting etc).
Have implemented several Process Improvement & Automation initiatives resulting in significant improvement in Productivity, cost reduction and enhanced stakeholder’s satisfaction in delivery of SSC’s Services. Created “Centre of Excellence” (COE) concept for Finance & HR under SSC & various other activities are now under transition to the respective COE.
