Do I need to register to watch the Imagine Digital event?

While registration is not required for the livestreamed keynotes, you must register for an account to view the Tech Track and on-demand sessions.


Where do I go to register for my account?

Click the orange “Register” button on the top-right corner of the screen or register here.


I’ve registered for my account, but I did not receive a confirmation email. Am I registered?

If you filled the registration form successfully, you are registered. If you did not receive your confirmation email, visit the login page and either sign in with your specified email address and password or click “Forgot Password.”


How do I sign in if I’ve lost my password?

You can change your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to receive a password-reset email.


Can I change my account information?

Access and update your account information by clicking on the down arrow next to the avatar displaying your initials in the top right-hand corner of your screen (or click here).


Why does the session I want to watch have a pop-up that says “Scheduled”?

When the session is live, the “scheduled” message will disappear and you will be able to view the presentation.


I’m on https://imagine.automationanywhere.com, but all I see is a black box and the videos are not playing.

Some users who have had this problem found that logging out of their company’s VPNs solved the problem.

Others have found that they had connectivity issues using Internet Explorer. The preferred browser is Google Chrome.
